Bleggio is an unique place in the Trentino region where past and present live together in harmony. The clearest example of this is our traditional cuisine, where the typical regional products are the main characteristic!

We offer you our restaurant, a secret place in the countryside where tastes and smells are the stars. The main ingredients of the menu include: Bleggio potatoes (grown according to local tradition), nuts, typical cheeses, mountain honey, and seasonal fresh fruit with which we create homemade jams and juices.
